1. Acceptance & Service Scope
By accessing or using Nexus Engine "the Service", you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. Intellectual Property & Usage License
All visual interfaces, source code, interactive components, design system tokens, and documentation available on Nexus Engine remain the exclusive intellectual property of the organization.
- You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to evaluate and integrate our APIs.
- You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute compiled source code without express written consent.
3. Service Availability & Rate Limits
We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime for all core infrastructure services. However, public demo endpoints and API preview layers are subject to rate-limiting to prevent server abuse and ensure equal resource distribution.
